Our appointment cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice. Cancellations on spa packages require 72 hours' notice. Bridal package cancellation requires a one-week notice.

A credit card is required to hold spa day and bridal packages. Some spa days and Bridal packawges may require a 50% deposit for booking.

To maintain a relaxing environment for all of our clients, we ask that you please put cellphones on vibrate once you leave the waiting area. We ask that all patrons not having a service performed to please remain in the waiting area.

To ensure that your needs are best served, we encourage you to reschedule for services before you leave the salon. We know this isn't always possible and we will always do our best to accommodate walk-ins or call-ins.

We reserve the right to change our prices without notice.
